An amateur coach.

Last January, I received a contract for being a coach at SMP Negeri 3 Entikong. I through long process to decide students who available for core players. I never imagine that to be a coach is harder than you just taught for one subject in a school. We worked hard for building the chemistry between the players and either coach. I found many difficulties and I was thinking that I always miss some parts. I tried hard remember when my coach in High School was set us in the field. Manage them again and again. I produce many characters at a time, mostly such a emotional thing. One day, SMP Negeri 3 Entikong invited to join O2SN competition. My core players showed their the same ability among others. They are almost win, but at last we lost. That was our first match experience as a coach and either core players. Some stories inside could not written here to tell the detail. It closely opened the way how I see my students. From the wrong, we learn how to be right. From the lost, we learn how to be win.
